Admissions
The Extension Services Management Academy (ESMA) is a prestigious institution that trains professionals in the field of extension services and community development. To gain admission, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as agriculture, rural development, or social sciences from an accredited university. Additionally, ESMA requires applicants to have a minimum of two years of work experience in extension services, rural development projects, or related fields. The selection process is highly competitive, involving an entrance examination that tests candidates' knowledge of extension methodologies, communication skills, and their understanding of rural livelihood issues. Those who perform well in the written test are called for an interview round, where their motivation, aptitude, and overall suitability for the program are evaluated.
